Registration

General information

Registration for the European Planetary Science Congress 2017 is by payment of the appropriate registration fee. There is no waiving of registration fees.

Registration fees cover access to all scientific events ("industry" registration grants access to industry and industry-related sessions only), the programme book, as well as refreshments during the coffee breaks and poster sessions.

Pre-registration

Pre-registration at early registration rates will be possible from mid-May until 31 July 2017. The pre-registration payment can be made by bank transfer or credit card (Mastercard, VISA, JCB or American Express). As of 01 August, the late registration rates will be applied and payment of your registration will only be possible by credit card. Bank transfer payments of registrations will not be possible in case of registering after 31 July 2017. Please consider that a registration at the early registration rate requires the payment of the registration amount within the deadline indicated on the invoice (14 days after receipt of invoice). Unpaid early registrations after the payment deadline will be cancelled and the late registration rates would be applied.

Name badge delivery

Participants from most European countries can choose to receive their name badges by airmail about 8–10 days prior to the conference if registering at the early registration rate and the payment is received by 31 July 2017.
