Lecture rooms
Oral presentations are scheduled in thematic sessions. The programme gives details of the specific lecture rooms assigned for each session and the timings for presentations, which include discussion and change over.
Each lecture room is equipped with one computer (Windows), a projector (aspect ratio 16:9), a pointer, and one screen. This "standard equipment" is free of any extra charge.
A conference assistant will be present in each lecture room. He/she will help the chairperson and the speakers.
PC demonstration
The oral presentations are not organized centrally. Therefore, the authors are kindly asked to upload their presentations directly in the respective lecture room within 30 minutes preceding the actual time block of the session. A lecture room assistant will be available for any help.
The lecture room computers will have a DVD drive and two USB 2.0 ports for memory sticks ready for any presentation provided by authors. The software installed on the desktop includes:
- Windows 10;
- MS Office 2010 (Power Point, Word);
- Adobe Reader;
- Internet Explorer;
- Mozilla Firefox
- Windows Media Player;
- VLC Media Player;
- Adobe Flash Player;
- Adobe Shockwave.
