A limited number of booths or presentation tables can be booked as exhibition space by interested companies, institutes or organizations. If you are interested in booking either a booth or presentation table, please contact us by email.

The deadline for booking this option is 22 June 2017.

Set-up and breakdown

Set-up: Sunday, 17 September 2017, 15:00-18:00
Breakdown: Friday, 22 September 2017, 08:00–15:00

Types of exhibits

Exhibition booth (2 x 3 m): €1000 (incl. VAT)

stand construction, power supply, wifi internet access, lighting
2 conference chairs and 1 conference table
company name and logo on stand
2 exhibitors passes (access to icebreaker reception, opening ceremony, and scientific sessions)

Presentation table: €300 (incl. VAT)

Valuable items can be secured overnight. Exhibition space is offered on a first come first served basis. Please consider that the exhibitors are responsible for staffing their booth or presentation table.
