EPSC Outstanding Student Poster Award (OSPA)

For the very first time at EPSC2017 in Riga, a student poster contest will be launched to promote excellent students.

Posters will be judged based on their scientific quality, the structure of the poster, the significance and originality of the work, as well as the aesthetic appeal.

Participation is open to all Bachelor, Master and PhD students (or scientists that obtained their last degree after 1 January 2017), that have an accepted abstract as first author and that are selected for poster presentations. Please also note that the participating author must also be the contact author of the abstract (i.e. abstract was submitted with the respective author's Copernicus Office User ID) and each author can register only ONE poster abstract for the OSPA contest at the EPSC2017.

The letter of schedule for poster authors will automatically contain a link to register for the EPSC OSPA. If the above mentioned conditions of eligibility are fulfilled, you may sign up for the EPSC OSPA by 30 July 2017 via the link given in the letter of schedule email.

If you participate in OSPA, please attach the OSPA label to your poster board. Alternatively, you might include the label in the poster itself.

The awardees of the EPSC Outstanding Student Poster Award will be announced at the end of the Thursday poster session in the Neptune room. The awardees will receive a conference registration fee waiver for the EPSC 2018.

In case of any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the Poster Award Coordinator (Lena Noack).
